2、预览和确认的优化

若勾选了获取尾程POD信息，则跟TK提单一致，调获取尾程POD的接口，显示POD预览文件。确认，生成预览文件，涂抹文字，点击确定只将文件上传到相应的附件。

新增菜单TEMU提单，与提单属于同一个业务对象，界面一致，权限皆一致

2.客户上新增类型，可选类型：TK平台/TEMU平台

3.在TEMU提单上新增功能批量创建提单
点击批量创建，弹出向导：
客户：默认TEMU平台客户，任一一个，可修改
获取尾程POD信息☑️（默认勾选）
提单号：可输入多个，一行一个

优化提取时间，提取时间规则作为系统参数

pod主题邮件获取到，但是没有获取到提单，则发预警邮件

优化获取pod，ocr涂抹没成功，则用ai涂抹，取到时间可以进行节点推送
